MoH to consider deserted island for Covid-19 burials

It is reported that the Ministry of Health has decided to use a deserted island for the burials of Covid-19 deceased.

The Ministry is in the process of identifying such an island in this regard and the guidelines for burying Covid-19 deceased will be delayed until then, according to sources.

It is said that the burial ground should be above the ground water level and the bodies should be thoroughly disinfected before burial. It is said that these would be included in health recommendations regarding Covid-19 deaths.
